The Clerk's Office is open Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. – 4:30 P.M., except for legal holidays.
Wages are established in accordance with the requirements of each position classification. There is a minimum and maximum wage within each pay classification. Our organization is issued a spending authority and increases occur as the budget allows subject to criteria then decided.
FRS (Florida Retirement System) - Full time and part-time employees are covered under the Florida Retirement System. The Clerk of the Court makes contributions into the employee's selected retirement plan, and contributions are based on the employee's salary. In addition, all regular and part-time employees must contribute 3% of their gross compensation, on a pre-tax basis.
Insurance -The Clerk provides a comprehensive benefits package to all full-time regular employees. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Disability and Life Insurance coverage and begin on the first of the next month after date of hire.
